1. General Provisions

These Terms form an agreement between the 22vip platform ("Platform", "we", "us") and our users ("you", "member"). These Terms have been prepared in Bengali and the Bengali version shall be considered the definitive version.

22vip is an online gaming platform that offers cricket betting, sports betting, slot games, live casino, and other gaming services. Our platform operates using SSL encryption and follows a fair play policy.

These Terms are consistent with the applicable laws and regulations of Bangladesh. Users are responsible for being aware of the laws applicable in their own location and for using the service accordingly.

2. Eligibility & Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to use 22vip's services. By creating an account, you declare that you are 21 years of age or older. Accounts belonging to underage users will be closed immediately and all deposited funds will be returned.

2.2 One Person, One Account

Each person may open only one account. Operating multiple accounts by the same person is strictly prohibited. In the event of a breach of this rule, all accounts will be closed and balances may be forfeited.

2.3 Information Provided at Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when registering an account. Providing false or incomplete information may result in account cancellation. 22vip may request documents for identity verification at any time.

3. Account Security & Responsibility

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. You are responsible for all activities carried out from your account.

If you suspect that unauthorized access to your account has occurred, notify our support team immediately. 22vip will not be held responsible for account information theft or hacking if it occurs due to your own negligence.

4. Deposit & Withdrawal Rules

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

22vip currently supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and other major commercial banks). No payment methods other than those listed are accepted.

4.2 Minimum Amounts

• Minimum deposit: ৳100 (all methods)
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500

4.3 Withdrawal Processing Time

Approved withdrawals are generally completed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. However, this time may increase due to the verification process or other reasons. The account requesting the withdrawal and the recipient account must belong to the same person.

4.4 Account Verification

Before a withdrawal, 22vip may request that identity verification be completed. Failure to provide the required documents may delay or suspend the withdrawal process.

5. Bonuses & Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

22vip offers new members a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳1,500 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,500. If ৳14,000 is deposited, the bonus will be ৳10,000 (the maximum limit), giving a total balance of ৳24,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A 10x wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus. The wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only (not on the deposit plus bonus).

Example: if you receive a ৳1,500 bonus, you must place a total of ৳15,000 (৳1,500 × 10) in bets before withdrawing any bonus winnings.

5.3 Bonus Usage Terms

• Bonuses may only be used to play games; they cannot be withdrawn directly.
• If a withdrawal is requested before the wagering requirement is met, the bonus may be forfeited.
• Each promotion may have its own terms and conditions, which will be stated on the relevant promotion page.
• Claiming bonuses through multiple accounts is prohibited.
• In the event of bonus abuse, 22vip reserves the right to cancel the bonus.

6. Gaming Rules

6.1 Fair Play Policy

22vip operates under a fair play policy. The outcome of all games is determined impartially through Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. No game outcome is predetermined and all games are conducted without any bias.

6.2 Betting Limits

Minimum and maximum bet limits are set for each game and event. These limits are clearly displayed in the game interface.

6.3 Technical Issues

If a game or bet outcome remains undetermined due to a technical error, 22vip may cancel that bet and return the relevant amount. The platform's decision on this matter is final.

7. Prohibited Activities

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure:

• Engaging in fraudulent or deceptive activities
• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds
• Using automated software, bots, or hacking tools
• Abusing the bonus system or gaining an advantage through multiple accounts
• Defrauding other members or coordinated fraud
• Intentionally exploiting platform vulnerabilities or bugs
• Using third-party payment methods
• Creating an account using a false identity or forged documents

In the event of a breach of these prohibitions, 22vip may close the account and forfeit all balances without prior notice.

8. Account Closure & Suspension

8.1 Closure by Us

22vip reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account for the following reasons:

• Breach of these Terms
• Suspicious or fraudulent activity
• Failure to complete identity verification
• Legal obligations or regulatory directives

8.2 Closure by the Member

You may request to close your account at any time by contacting our support team. For self-exclusion requests, we will take action as promptly as possible.

9. Privacy & Data Protection

22vip places the highest importance on the security of your personal information. Our platform uses SSL encryption technology to keep all data secure.

We never sell your personal information or transfer it to third parties, though limited information may be shared with trusted service providers for the purpose of operating the service.

10. Limitation of Liability

22vip bears no liability in the following cases:

• Damage caused by issues with your device or software
• Failure or delays by third-party service providers
• Natural disasters or other uncontrollable circumstances
• Account information leakage due to your own negligence

Our total liability shall in no case exceed the amount of the relevant transaction. Gaming is a financially risky activity and 22vip is not responsible for your wins or losses.
